Overview
HCS konfokalni mikroskop s čitalcem mikrotitrskih plošč je napredna platforma za avtomatizirano in visoko-zmogljivostno analizo živih in fiksiranih vzorcev. Združuje mikroskopijo v širokem polju in konfokalno fluorescenčno mikroskopijo z multimodalnim branjem plošč (absorpcija, intenziteta fluorescence, luminiscenca), kar omogoča hkratno morfološko in biokemijsko analizo. Sistem z nadzorom pogojev okolja (temperatura, CO₂, O₂, vlaga), kinetičnim slikanjem, z-rezinami in 3D vizualizacijo podpira širok nabor aplikacij na področjih celične biologije, onkologije, nevrobiologije, mikrobiologije in biomaterialov – zlasti za raziskave kompleksnih bioloških procesov v realnem času.
