Rahmenvereinbarung Fahrrad-Leasing

The State of Saxony-Anhalt's Ministry of Finance has awarded a framework agreement for bicycle leasing to the bidding consortium JobRad GmbH/JobRad Leasing GmbH, effective 19 March 2026. The agreement provides lease contracts for factory-new bicycles with or without motor assistance (up to 25 km/h) to eligible state employees and officials, with individual leases of 36 months, residual value of 10 percent, and inclusive insurance, training, and service packages such as maintenance, repairs, and online portal access. The estimated volume is approximately 5,000 bicycles, with no minimum purchase requirement, and all leasing services must be provided throughout each contract's term at no additional administrative cost to the buyer.
