RV Prüfung der Jahresabschlüsse und Lageberichte für die Gesellschaften FBB, FEW, FBB AAV sowie die gesetzliche Prüfung des Konzernabschlusses und Konzernlageberichts des FBB-Konzerns (2026-2030)

Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH has awarded a contract to EY GmbH & Co. KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft for statutory audits of annual financial statements and management reports for FBB and FEW, as well as consolidated financial statement audits for the FBB Group, plus voluntary audits of FBB AAV for the period 2026–2030. The contract includes optional consulting services for specific accounting matters and regulatory reporting questions as needed, with an initial term from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027, with potential extension through 2030 at the buyer's discretion.
