Overview
De projectdefinitie beschrijft in grote lijnen de volgende opdracht:
Binnen dit project is het idee om twee basisscholen te huisvesten in één schoolgebouw, in combinatie met een gedeelte turnzaal. De ene school heeft een capaciteit van ongeveer 150 leerlingen, de andere school een capaciteit van ongeveer 110 leerlingen. De scholen zetten allebei in op innovatieve onderwijsmethodes.
Na uitvoering van het project zal een gedeelte van de site worden vermarkt en herontwikkeld.
Het indicatieve Projectbudget is 6.950.000 euro incl. BTW en studiekosten.
