Overview
In der Uffenheimer Straße in Nürnberg wird auf einer Fläche von ca. 11.000 qm ein neuer Wertstoffhof vom Abfallwirtschaftsbetrieb Stadt Nürnberg - ASN errichtet. Dieser Wertstoffhof ist der Ersatz für den WSH in Nürnberg-Schweinau, Am Pferdemarkt 23.
Die Errichtung des Wertstoffhofes Uffenheimer Straße wird in mehreren Abschnitten, nach Gewerken und entsprechend dem Bauablauf ausgeschrieben und vergeben.
LV 04 Erdarbeiten, Herstellung einer Bereitstellungsfläche beinhaltet u.a.
- Arbeiten in einer Kampfmittelverdachtsfläche
- Schutzzaun auf einer Länge von ca. 200m entlang einer Biotopfläche errichten
- Abtrag Oberboden (bisher Ackerland) für Bereitstellungsfläche auf ca. 9.000 m2
- Herstellung Baustraße im Baufeld ca. 1.800m2
- Ausbau von Auffüllungen ca. 9.000 m3, Zwischenlagerung auf Bereitstellungsfläche
- Liefern und Einbau von Boden ca. 2.000 m3
- Entsorgung/Verwertung von Bau und Abbruchabfällen (aus Auffüllungen im Gelände) ca. 15.000to
