Modernisierung und Umstrukturierung HBZ Münster: Sicherheits- und Gesundheitskoordination

The Handwerkskammer Münster awarded safety and health coordination services (RAB 30 compliant) to g+w ingenieurplanung Beratende Ingenieure für das Bauwesen GmbH for the modernization and restructuring of its training center (HBZ) in Münster. The project comprises renovation of Building D (approximately 21,000 m² gross floor area) and construction of a new Building O (on a circa 15,000 m² site), with total estimated costs of approximately 80 million EUR gross; coordination services will be provided in phases throughout the planning and construction stages of both measures.
