Das Los WV 2.1 Bauliche Anlagen (Baumeisterarbeiten) besteht aus folgenden Hauptbestandteilen:
· Erstellung und Einrichtung eines Installationsplatzes für alle am Projekt beteiligten Firmen
· Ertüchtigung der Entwässerungsanlagen auf dem Trafoplatz (Hauptsächlich bestehend aus Aushub- und Ortbetonarbeiten)
· Bauliche Anpassungen der Maschinengrube der Maschinengruppe 1 (Hauptsächlich bestehend aus Abbruch- und Ortbetonarbeiten)
· Brandschutzmassnahmen am Dach (Hauptsächlich bestehend aus der Lieferung und Montage von Brandschutzplatten am Dach)
· Bau von Brandschutzwänden am Trafoplatz (Hauptsächlich bestehend aus Ortbeton- und Metallbauarbeiten)
Die Building Information Modelling (fortan «BIM») Methode wird angewendet und die Firma verpflichtet sich, die erweiterten Anforderungen der SBB AG an die BIM-Lieferobjekte zu erfüllen
