Overview
Der Wettbewerb wurde als offener Planungswettbewerb (nach §§ 78-80 Verordnung über die Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge (VgV) im einphasigen Verfahren gemäß § 3 Abs. 2 der Richtlinie für Planungswettbewerbe (RPW 2013) für Landschaftsarchitekt:innen durchgeführt. Im Anschluss an das Wettbewerbsverfahren wurde gemäß § 14 Abs. 4 Ziff. 8 VgV ein Verhandlungsverfahren durchgeführt. Mit der Erteilung der Registriernummer AKB-2024-04 der Architektenkammer Berlin wurde bestätigt, dass die Auslobungsbedingungen der RPW 2013 entsprechen.
