Das Leistungsziel der Auftraggeberin ist die Beschaffung von Automic Automation Lizenzen für IT-Infrastruktur der Auftraggeberin. Die Lizensierung der Auftraggeberin läuft am 01.04.2025 aus und Automic Automation wird weiterhin benötigt.
Außerdem ist der Support und die Bereitstellung von Updates durch die Auftragnehmerin / den Auftragnehmer Teil des Leistungsgegenstands. Die Leistungen sind für einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten zu erbringen. Der Vertrag berechtigt die Auftraggeberin zum Bezug und zur Nutzung der Softwarelizenz und Supportleistungen für alle unter Ziffer 2 der Leistungsbeschreibung beschriebenen Produkte.
