Overview
Raamlepingu objektiks on lepingus ja selle lisades sätestatud tingimustel ja korras satelliit-telefoniside ja satelliitandmeside teenuse tellimine tellija SAT-telefonidele ning satelliitandmeside seadmetele.
RHS § 77 lõike 3 kohaselt hankija RSD punktides 3.3.1–3.3.3 nimetatud teavet/dokumente avalikult elektrooniliselt kättesaadavaks ei tee ehk e-RHR-i üles ei lae. RSD punktides 3.3.1–3.3.3 nimetatud teave/dokumendid väljastatakse hankemenetlusest huvitatud isikutele ettevõtja poolt esitatava taotluse alusel (RSD lisa 7), millele on lisatud allkirjastatud konfidentsiaalsustingimused (RSD lisa 8).
