Gemeindeverwaltung Dobel has awarded a contract to Helber-Ruff Beratende Ingenieure for the comprehensive renovation and conversion of the existing Kurhaus into a modern administrative seat, addressing structural defects and insufficient capacity in the current town hall. The project includes technical modernization, sanitation of the ballroom with facilities, establishment of a new tourist information center, and accessibility improvements through an elevator installation, with a total investment of approximately 5.2 million euros. The planning services were procured through a two-stage procedure covering architectural planning, building systems, structural design, building physics, and fire protection, with construction planned for twelve to eighteen months following the planning phase.
