Planungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung für: Modernisierung und Umstrukturierung des tbz Paderborn

Stiftung Bildung & Handwerk has awarded G-TEC Ingenieure GmbH a contract for engineering planning services related to the modernization and restructuring of the tbz Paderborn technology and vocational training center. The scope includes planning for the modernization of buildings B, D, and E (approximately 10,300 m² gross floor area) and the new construction of building C (approximately 1,954 m² gross floor area) to replace an existing structure, with total estimated costs of approximately EUR 33.55 million (as of 2028). The project must meet energy efficiency standards (GEG) and comply with German federal funding guidelines, with deliverables required by 1 April 2027 for the funding application.
