Z O.O., FUHP OLMOT JERZY OLECH, Firma Handlowa Trebor Robert Trajdos, and METALZBYT-HURT Sp. z o.o. The procurement used reversed evaluation procedure, assessing offers first before verifying contractor qualification, with specific quality parameters and equivalent products allowed for certain line items as detailed in the price forms and contract template.
