The City of Łódź awarded a property and civil liability insurance contract to STU Ergo Hestia S.A. for PLN 12,252,000 on 16 June 2026. The scope covers insurance for municipal property managed by the Municipal Apartment Management office (ZLM), including named-peril coverage for fixed assets, movable property, cash, and third-party property (estimated value approximately PLN 10 billion for real estate and PLN 20 million for other property), theft and robbery coverage (PLN 3 million), and civil liability insurance for damages arising from property ownership and management activities with coverage limits between PLN 10–15 million, plus mandatory property manager civil liability insurance as required by regulation.
