Der NLWKN beabsichtigt im Auftrag vom Deich- und Wasserverband Vogtei Neuland die Planungsleistungen (Ingenieurleistungen) für die landschaftsplanerischen Leistungen für den Ausbau und die Verstärkung des Achterdeiches zu vergeben. Es wurden von der Fa. bpr ein Konzept zur Ermittlung der umwelt- und naturschutzfachlichen Leistungen erstellt. Im Rahmen dieses Verhandlungsverfahren soll die weitere Planung vergeben werden. Dies beinhaltet die Leistungsphase 1 bis 4.
