Θα εκπονηθεί μελετητικό αντικείμενο που εμπίπτει στο πεδίο εφαρμογής του ν. 4412/2016 για την αποκατάσταση του παλαιού υδροθεραπευτηρίου «Άγιοι Ανάργυροι», στα Λουτρά Αιδηψού, Δήμου Ιστιαίας-Αιδηψού. Το κτήριο έχει χαρακτηριστεί έργο τέχνης μαζί με τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο του και προστατεύεται ως νεώτερο μνημείο από το ΥΠ.ΠΟ. με την Υ.Α. ΥΠΠΟ/ΔΙΛΑΠ/Γ/3098/30885 (ΦΕΚ 455τ’Β/1987), σε εφαρμογή των διατάξεων του Ν. 4858/2021 «Κύρωση κώδικα νομοθεσίας για την προστασία των Αρχαιοτήτων και εν γένει της πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς» (ΦΕΚ 220/Α/2021).
