The Berlin Neukölln district authority awarded a landscape architecture contract to Stefan Wallmann Landschaftsarchitekten BDLA for 256,026.22 EUR to provide planning services for the Maybachufer sports facility redevelopment project. The scope includes design phases 1–8 under the German HOAI fee structure for a 16,200 m² site, with initial focus on developing unused and contaminated areas along Pflügerstraße for club, recreational, and school sports use, followed by redesign of the entire area.
