Overview
Die Stadt Castrop-Rauxel beabsichtigt die energetische und technische Sanierung des Ratssaales im denkmalgeschützten Ensemble: Rathaus-Stadt-Europahalle. Es sind die Planungsleistungen eines/r Architekt/in gemäß den Leistungsphasen 1-9 nach HOAI, §§ 34 (siehe auch Anlage 1) zu erbringen. Die Maßnahme wird durch das Bundesinstitut für Bau-, Stadt- und Raumforschung im Bundesamt für Bauwesen und Raumordnung gefördert. Der Zuwendungsbescheid in Höhe von 3 Millionen Euro wurde am 16.12.2024 erteilt. Der Bewilligungszeitraum endet am 31.12.2028. Das Projekt ist innerhalb des Bewilligungszeitraums durchzuführen und abzuschließen.
