Establishment of Multi Supplier Framework of Project Managers for Buildings and Estates Office, UCC and Project Management Services to Support UCC Capital Programme

University College Cork has established a multi-supplier framework agreement for project management services to support its capital programme, with up to six participants selected through competitive tender. The contract, awarded on 13 May 2026, involves project managers with civil, structural, and architectural backgrounds working 37.5 hours per week initially for two years with options to extend for a further year on two additional occasions, responsible for day-to-day management of capital projects, stakeholder liaison, and coordination of consultants and contractors at the UCC campus.
