Samverkansledare T5 PBI+

Swedavia AB has awarded a collaboration leadership role (Samverkansledare) for Project T5 PBI Pir G, a construction design phase project at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, to a consortium of five companies: Agima Management AB, Licab East AB, Precision Consulting AB, S Pedersen AB, and Veviva AB. The role focuses on creating and developing project culture, building trust, facilitating collaboration, and establishing a stable foundation for cooperative work based on communication, relationship-building, and psychological safety.
