Elektrorazpredeltni mrezhi Zapad EAD has awarded a facility management contract to RAJT KLINING OOD for EUR 2,505,330.22, covering hygiene maintenance, cleaning, technical upkeep, repair of buildings and installations, maintenance of electrical/gas boilers, porter services, transport, and disinfection activities across administrative buildings and facilities over a licensed territory in Western Bulgaria. The 48-month contract encompasses cleaning of approximately 26,274 square meters, maintenance of 35,485 square meters of green areas, delivery of consumables, 3,000 hours of porter services, 8,100 kilometers of transport, and disinfection of 103,368 square meters.
