The City of Wilhelmshaven awarded the construction of a new multifunctional building for the Wilhelmshaven Academy for Security in Energy Transition and Civil Protection (WASEB) to Baugeschäft Helmut Neumann GmbH on 3 June 2026 for €1,220,284.04. The scope comprises raw construction work including excavation, foundation works, reinforced concrete slabs, masonry, interior finishes, and associated site works for a facility designed to expand and modernize the fire and rescue service with training rooms, offices, a breathing apparatus training facility, and a technical building for equipment and backup power systems.
