Overview
Unter dem gesamten Grundstück befindet sich die Tiefgarage mit den Technikräumen in denen die Klima-, Lüftungs-, Kälteanlagen bzw. weitere Haustechnische-Anlagen untergebracht sind.
Es sind im Jahr jeweils zwei halbjährliche Wartungsdurchgänge vorgesehen:
a.) Die erste Wartung umfasst die komplette und vollständige Überprüfung aller Klima-, Lüf-tungsanlagen, Umluftkühlgeräte und Brandschutzklappen mit Brandschutzventilen.
b.) Der zweite Wartungsdurchgang umfasst einen Kontrolldurchgang an allen Klima-, Lüftungsanlagen und Umluftkühlgeräten.
