Neuaufstellung des Flächennutzungsplans mit integriertem Landschaftsplan

The City of Kaufbeuren awarded a contract to Architektin & Stadtplaner im PLANKREIS on 2 April 2026 for the preparation of a new land-use plan (Flächennutzungsplan) integrated with a landscape plan (Landschaftsplan) covering the entire 40 km² municipal area. The scope includes planning services under HOAI 2021 (phases 1–3) with staggered commissioning, incorporating urban development, climate protection, biodiversity conservation, and strategic concepts for renewable energy siting, to be completed by December 2028. The existing land-use plan dates from 1984 and the landscape plan from 2005, requiring comprehensive renewal to address current urban development needs and future challenges.
