Création d'un campus urbain d'enseignement supérieur sur le site Maret à Dijon

The Rectorat de la région académique BFC has completed the transformation of the former CROUS headquarters in Dijon into a shared urban campus for higher education institutions including Sciences Po, ENSA Dijon, and ESM Bourgogne. The project involved rehabilitation works, compliance upgrades (accessibility, energy efficiency, fire safety), creation of shared facilities, and operational management structures for post-construction maintenance and common facilities, divided into 20 lots across two procurement processes. The contract was awarded on 10 July 2026 for €9,765,882.05 to thirteen contractors across the 15 lots of the main call for competition.
