Die Montanuniversität Leoben beabsichtigt die Schaffung eines zentralen Innovations- und Austauschraums mit Fokus auf grüne Technologien. Neben temporären Arbeitsplätzen für Start-Ups und Incubees soll ein Kreativ-, Multimedia- und Meetingraum geschaffen werden. Im Rahmen des Projekts „Study & Startup Center Leoben“ soll ein bestehendes Bürohaus am Campus revitalisiert werden. Für die Umsetzung der Revitalisierung des Bürohauses werden Generalplanerleistungen beauftragt.
