Overview
Die Stadt Bamberg plant eine umfassende Generalsanierung der historischen Gebäude sowie der historischen Freianlagen und einen Anbau an der Villa Remeis in Bamberg.
Die vorläufigen Gesamtkosten (KG 200 – 700) belaufen sich nach einer ersten Grobkostenannahme auf ca. 2,4 Mio. € brutto für die Bestandssanierung und ca. 1,7 Mio. € für den Erweiterungsbau.
