Uitvoeringsopdracht voor het Heerlense sport- en beweegstimuleringsprogramma

Gemeente Heerlen has awarded a multi-year strategic partnership contract to Stichting The Movefactory (as of 19 June 2026) for the execution of its municipal sports and movement promotion programme, which includes activities such as the Heel Heerlen Beweegt programme, association support services, and sport and prevention coordination. The transition from subsidy-based funding to a service contract model reflects the municipality's procurement policy alignment and applicable tendering regulations, with the new phase commencing on 1 July 2026.
