Der ehem. Standort der Fachhochschule für Bauwesen soll zu einer Campusschule umgenutzt werden. Die Gebäude und Außenanlagen stehen unter Denkmalschutz und sollen saniert und umgestaltet werden. Als Neubau wird eine Dreifeld-Sporthalle errichtet.
