Toulouse Métropole and the City of Toulouse have awarded a framework agreement for printing institutional magazines, producing professional audio versions, and creating an interactive catalogue for the Toulouse Métropole magazine. The contract, valued at €6.24 million and awarded on 16 January 2026 to a consortium of CHIRRIPO, IMAYE GRAPHIC, MEDIAMEETING, and PRESTIMEDIA, covers the regular publication of two magazines—TIM (24–32 pages, 2–4 times yearly) and A Toulouse (24–36 pages, 8–10 times yearly)—with accessible formats to deliver public information to residents.
