Teatr Wielki w Łodzi has awarded a contract to SAFEGE Societe par actions simplifiée for comprehensive multi-disciplinary investment supervision over construction works at the theatre. The scope includes structural, sanitary, and electrical-telecommunications oversight across nine investment tasks covering window replacement, entrance modernization, heating upgrades, basement adaptation, fire protection, stage floor replacement, administrative area renovation, and facade conservation work on the heritage-listed building. The contract, valued at 715,000 PLN and awarded on 22 May 2026, is now complete.
