Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist es, einen Auftragnehmer (AN) zu finden, der einen Managed Service für eine cloudbasierte "Unified Communication Plattform" für einen Zeitraum von insgesamt 48 Monaten für die Auftraggeberin (AG) erbringen kann. Nachdem die AG im Vorfeld verschiedene auf dem Markt angebotenen Plattformen untersucht und bewertet hat, ist die AG der Überzeugung, dass nur die Webex Lösung von Cisco alle Anforderungen erfüllt. Aus diesem Grund hat die AG diese Ausschreibung mit Managed Webex betitelt und referenziert in den einzelnen Dokumenten auf die Webex Lösung. Sollte der Teilnehmer / Bieter eine andere Lösung anbieten, die ebenfalls alle Anforderungen erfüllt, so führt das nicht zum Ausschluss vom Verfahren.
