Errichtung eines Feuerwehrhauses in innovativer Holzbauweise

The municipality of Wentorf bei Hamburg has completed construction of a new fire station in innovative timber construction on Fritz-Sprecht-Weg 1. The facility encompasses approximately 3,200 m² of gross floor area across two stories, including a vehicle hall for nine fire engines, wash hall, training and common areas for volunteer and youth fire brigades, material storage, workshop space, and a nine-story training tower, with sustainability and innovation objectives including BREEAM certification and CO2-neutral energy concepts. The contract was awarded to Zwiebelmann Schlosserei Metallbau GmbH for €150,436.40 on 12 May 2026.
