Overview
Die Jugendfreizeiteinrichtung (JFE) Anna Landsberger, Prötzeler Ring 13 in 12685 Berlin soll saniert werden. Hintergrund sind mehrere Bauschäden im Objekt.
Die Baukosten (KG 300 - KG 700) werden mit ca. 3,00 Mio. brutto beziffert. Durch das Planungsbüro bzw. Planungsteam sind folgende Leistungsbilder zu bearbeiten:
- Grundleistungen der Objektplanung in der Honorarzone III gem. HOAI 2021 (§ 34 HOAI, in Verbindung mit Anlage 10) in den Leistungsphasen 1-8 sowie besondere Leistungen und Beratungsleistungen. Mit Auftragserteilung werden die Leistungsphasen 1 3 beauftragt. Sofern sich die haushaltsrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen ändern, müssen die Leistungsbilder dementsprechend angepasst werden.
