Overview
Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Feuerwehr- und DRK-Gebäudes in Gescher am jetzigen Standort der Feuer- und Rettungswache. Eine Machbarkeitsstudie für das Vorhaben wurde bereits erstellt. Danach sind eine Hallenanlage mit 14 Toren, Umkleiden und Werkstattbereiche für die Feuerwehr, eine Halle mit 4 Toren für das DRK sowie gemeinsame Verwaltungs- und Schulungsräume vorgesehen. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens sind Projektsteuerungsleistungen für dieses Vorhaben.
