Overview
El objeto del contrato será la suscripción por parte del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Marchena de las pólizas de seguro para la cobertura de los riesgos descritos a continuación y cuyas especificaciones técnicas se recogen en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (en adelante, PPT) que acompaña al presente Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares (en adelante, PCAP).
A estos efectos, el contrato se divide en los siguientes lotes:
LOTE 1: Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil General/Patrimonial.
LOTE 2: Seguros de Daños Materiales de Bienes Públicos.
LOTE 3: Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil de Circulación de Vehículos a Motor.
