Overview
Der Schulverband Bergtheim plant die Sanierung und Erweiterung derGrundschule Erbshausen. ● Die Gesamtkosten (KG 300 – 700) werden mit ca. 5,78 Mio. €brutto angenommen. Der Anteil der Erweiterung daran beträgt ca. 5,33 Mio. € brutto. ● Eshandelt sich um eine geförderte Maßnahme. (FAG). Weitere Förderprogramme sollen imLaufe der Planung geprüft werden. ● Es wurden bereits Planungsleistungen nach HOAIObjektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume vgl. Vorplanung mit Kostenschätzung(Teilleistungen LPH 1+2) als Grundlage für die weitere Bearbeitung erbracht.
