Overview
Il s'agit d'un un accord-cadre mono-attributaire donnant lieu à l'émission de bons
de commande en application du 1° de l'article L. 2125-1 et des articles R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6
et R. 2162-13 à R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Le marché pourra donner lieu
à l'émission de bons de commande sur la base des prix unitaires figurant dans le BPU.
L'accord-cadre ne comporte pas de montant minimum et comprend un montant maximum sur
sa durée totale fixé à 1 000 000 Euros HT.
