Democritus University of Thrace has awarded a contract to EKTÉR A.E. for the continuation and completion of Phase D1 of the Medical Department building facilities at Alexandroupoli campus, comprising Building 1 (lecture halls, tutorial rooms, administration, and common areas), Building 13 (covered outdoor corridor connecting lecture halls to laboratories), and part of the surrounding environmental space. The contract was awarded on 8 July 2026 for EUR 10,856,100.02.
