Overview
Für ein neu zu errichtendes Gebäude istr der Einbau von Wärmeversorgungsanlagen geplant. Als Medienträger steht Fernwärme zur Verfügung. Die TAB des Versorgers (EWP) sind zu beachten. Es kommen überwiegend Flächenheizungen zum Einsatz). Im Gebäude werden zwei Zweifach-Sporthallen mit Umkleide- und Sanitäranlagen sowie vier separate Vereinsbereiche für Sportvereine Potsdams untergebracht. Die Steuerung der Anlagen erfolgt über eine separte GLT (Nicht im Leistungsumfang enthalten). Das Baufeld befindet sich im Wohngebiet Am Schlaatz.
