Die München Klinik gGmbH (nachfolgend MüK) ist das größte Klinikunternehmen der Region und bietet Medizin auf höchstem Niveau im Herzen Münchens. Jährlich lassen sich rund 150.000 Menschen stationär und weitere 170.000 ambulant behandeln. Der Auftragsumfang umfasst die Durchführung einer Befragung aller ca. 7.200 Mitarbeitenden der München Klinik gGmbH inklusive Unterstützung in der internen Projektplanung und -kommunikation sowie Begleitung in der Folgeprozessphase. Zusätzlich sollen im Anschluss auf Basis der Ergebnisse der Mitarbeitendenbefragung themenzentrierte Zielgruppen-Befragungen durchgeführt werden.
