Mit diesem Vergabeverfahren sollen Rahmenvereinbarungen gem. § 4a EU Abs. 1 VOB/A über den Aufbau von Infrastrukturen zum Betrieb von Technikräumen geschlossen werden. Die Rahmenverträge umfassen im Wesentlichen den Aufbau von Stromversorgungs- und Verteilsystemen, baulichen Infrastrukturen (z. B. Kabelführungssysteme), Systemschränke (i.S.v. Serverracks und Übertragungstechnikracks) und die notwendige Verkabelung für IT-Systeme inkl. der Montageleistung und wird in 3 Lose unterteilt.
