Overview
An der Verkehrsstation Neckarpark wurden Anfang 2023 an mehreren Stellen Wassereintritte in der Unterführung und Feuchtigkeit an der Dachhaut festgestellt. Eine Instandsetzung/Abdichtung der Unterführung ist daher dringend notwendig. Im Rahmen des Projekts soll die Personenunterführung saniert und der Komponenten-Ansatz für eine Dachsanierung an Gleis 1/2 durchgeführt werden.
Am Bahnhof Aalen Hbf sind die Gleisüberbauten der Bahnsteigunterführung aufgrund ihrer Bauart/Zustandskategorie am Ende ihrer Nutzungsdauer angekommen. Der aktuelle Prüfbefund der Begutachtung vom 29.06.2023 setzt die Gesamterneuerung von STB 1-5 bis 2029 voraus.
