Overview
Die Johann-Wallraf-Grundschule wird baulich durch An- und Ausbau erweitert, um dem Er-halt der Vierzügigkeit und der Betreuungskapazität im Ganztag nachzukommen. Als Anbau an das bestehende Gebäude F wird ein aufgeständerter zweigeschossiger Neubau errichtet. Das Bestandsgebäude F wird energetisch saniert und erhält ein neues, ausgebautes Dachgeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss werden Klassenräume zu einer Mensa mit Küchennebenräumen umgebaut.
