Aanstellen ontwerpteam studieopdracht Sint-Jobstraat 12 - Essenstraat 23

Woonhaven Antwerpen appointed Architectenbureau Vanhecke & Suls on 22 January 2026 to deliver a complete design study for the renovation of two buildings at Sint-Jobstraat and Essenstraat in Antwerp. The scope includes exterior shell renovation, ventilation system design (type C with collective extraction), heat pump-based heating and hot water systems, interior heating distribution and sanitary installations, environmental permitting, EPB and EPC reporting, building management system design, and full project coordination and site supervision with a target of EPC label A performance aligned with 2050 energy objectives.
