Overview
Teenuse osutaja konsulteerib ministeeriumit Tallinna piirkonna ja EstLink 3 Rehemäe-Aulepa maismaa osa kõrgepingevõrgu tugevdamise riigi eriplaneeringu asukoha eelvaliku lähteseisukohtade (edaspidi LS), asjakohaste mõjude hindamise (edaspidi AKM), sh KSH programmi väljatöötamises ja selle protsessi läbiviimises ning asukoha eelvaliku planeeringulahenduse ja asjakohaste mõjude, sh KSH aruande koostamisel ja selle protsessi läbiviimises.
