Hankinnan kohteena oli Veikkaus-konsernin työterveyspalvelut.
Hankinnassa noudatettiin lakia julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista (1397/2016). Hankinta oli hankintalain liitteen E mukaisille erityisille palveluille asetetun kynnysarvon ylittävä hankinta (terveydenhuolto- ja sosiaalipalvelut sekä niihin liittyvät palvelut).
Hankinnan toteuttajaksi valittiin yksi (1) palveluntuottaja toistaiseksi voimassa olevaan sopimusuhteeseen 1.1.2026 alkaen.
