Hanke tulemusena otsitakse KLAT osutajaid. Hanke esemeks on teenuse osutamine sotsiaalhoolekandeseaduse (SHS) 3. peatüki 7¹ jaos „Kinnise lasteasutuse teenus“ sätestatud regulatsiooni kohaselt.
