Gmina Błonie awarded the construction of a low-emission, energy-efficient kindergarten with integrated education units to Arcus Technologie Sp. z o.o. for 36.78 million PLN (estimated value 42 million PLN). The scope includes the complete building with functional layout, internal and external installations (water, sewage, heating, heat pump, ventilation, air conditioning, photovoltaic system up to 50 kW, electrical and fire protection systems), external infrastructure including rainwater drainage with underground retention tank and fire water tank, vertical boreholes for ground source heat pump, site development with access roads, playgrounds, fencing, and equipment installation.
