1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa organizacja 4 posiedzeń Wojewódzkiego Zespołu Koordynacji (zwanego dalej WZK), w tym:
a) trzech jednodniowych posiedzeń WZK wraz z usługą gastronomiczną,
b) jednego dwudniowego, wyjazdowego posiedzenia WZK wraz z usługą gastronomiczną i hotelarską.
2. Przedmiot zamówienia został opisany w Szczegółowym Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (zwanym dalej „SOPZ”), stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, będącym jednocześnie załącznikiem nr 1 do projektu umowy (Załącznik nr 12 do SWZ).
